Expensive hardware based solutions are not the answer. That's why we changed the system.
Existing "solutions" being offered to increase EPC points are expensive and a hassle. To comply with Energy Regulations they rely on installing additional hardware and extensive cabling to route the solar electricity to the premises. Such "solutions" provide a worse investment case than the "landlord model" and lock in housing providers and residents to a single supplier for the lifetime of the system. Meaning no room for improvement for the next 20-25 years. To accelerate a fair energy transition we need to do better than that. That's why we changed the regualations and created the smart data-led Unit E-grid solution.
